The Streets of Bangalore

This is a handful of photos taken as a passenger in the car. They don’t begin to show the amount of traffic. Nor do they show how mobile it is, darting in and out of perceived openings.

One of the most startling sights was a motorcycle that had a man driving and a woman holding an infant in the back. She was holding the infant and nothing else, riding sidesaddle on this bike. In general, rear passengers on motorcycles didn’t hold on to anything and when they did it was almost never the driver.
