Riverbend Park

Riverbend Park is just north of Great Falls Park. I had been feeling the need to get out with the camera so when Kirsten suggested a short hike, I readily agreed.

It was a beautiful day though we weren’t there at an ideal time for photography – the sun was too harsh. Still, it was a great day to be outside and we walked from Riverbend Park to the visitor’s center at Great Falls where Doug met us after he completed his scuba certification dives.

It was a day for animals: snakes and lizards made up the majority of the photos with a few large mushrooms thrown in for good measure.
