2005 Maryland Renaissance Festival

It seems the Maryland Renaissance Festival has become an annual event for DCPhotogs. Though I feared that I wouldn’t be able to attend this outing, I was able to attend and I’m glad that I did.

The Renaissance Festival is always a “target rich” environment for photographers and this year was no exception. From bubble fairies to jousting to musicians to people of all shapes and manner of dress, the festival is one of the most visually interesting events of the year.

I didn’t take quite as many photos this year as last year and about a third of what I shot was deleted in the first pass, but when all the editing was done, I was pretty happy with the results.
