ISKCON Temple

Here are a couple of exterior shots of the temple for the International Society for Krishna Consciousness.

Unfortunately, we couldn’t go in with our bags and cameras. I was willing to put my camera away and not use it but they said we’d have to check the begs. Neither of us were willing to check our bags so we didn’t go in so I’ve no idea what it was like on the inside.

The building was certainly interesting and there were several signs warning of pickpockets so a warm, fuzzy feeling certainly wasn’t present.

So, I can’t report on what a Krishna temple is like other than to say that they seem to be doing well financially based on the buildings that were part of the complex.
