Gettysburg

Photos from the DCPhotogs trip to Gettysburg, PA.

We spent most of the day visiting the studio of Rob Gibson who went out of his way explaining the wet plate process and demoing things for us. It was fascinating and totally unexpected that he would devote so much of his day to us.

After that we went out onto the battlefield and did a bit of photography but it was quite cold and we decided to break for food before too long.
