Aquarium of the Bay

I waited out the rain in the Aquarium of the Bay on Pier 39 and that turned out to be a really great idea.

Some of the photography was challenging because it was very dim so I tried to deliberately work with silhouettes rather than try for a properly exposed subject in every case. It made some of the exposures only moderately long instead of impossible given that the fish were moving (even if I’d had a tripod or something else to brace the camera).
